Pet owners please remember that the area by the lower level entrances is not an area for your animals to relieve themselves. There have been several complaints that is is occuring.

Starting Monday June 21, 2010 during business hours do not park in the nine spaces in front of the building by the stairs. The Association is having concrete work done. Cars left in this area will be relocated by the tow company at the owners expense.

In the text of the email, please include your name, unit #, whether you're an owner or tenant, and the email address you would like to use to be notified.
You'll receive a confirmation (it may take a few days) and then can expect to find notices in your email! You may want to add madisoncondouoa@yahoo.com to your address book so that our notices don't wind up in your spam folder.
