All owners/residents are invited and encouraged to attend; there will be an Open Forum (questions/comments) period in the meeting's agenda.
Board of Directors Meetings
Monthly meetings will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month @ 7:30PM in the Multipurpose Room unless otherwise noted.
Meetings of the Board are open for attendance by all unit owners & residents of The Madison.
The Board may also hold special planning meetings to discuss specific issues; advance notice will be provided to all owners/residents in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Condominium Act and Non-Stock Corporation Act.
