Individual Insurance Policy
Unit owners are strongly advised to obtain an individual homeowners policy for adequate coverage with dwelling, personal property, loss of use, and personal liability. Additional coverage areas ("optional endorsements") should be discussed with your personal insurance carrier.
Tenants should consider a "Renters Insurance" policy.
